Orders (on working days) before 12:00 are dispatched the same day.

Note: Unfortunately, payment by reimbursement will be charged with an extra €15,95. These costs will be added to the total amount. All mentioned shipping costs are without TAX (applicable TAX in your country).
This implies that the total amount of your order has to be deposited on our bank account prior to delivery.
- Please bear in mind that it takes one to three working days to transfer an amount to our account.
- Please make mention of the order number that is stated on your order-receipt message.
- Once your payment is received, we always e-mail an acknowledgement message.
You will find our bank details on the order confirmation. Once we have received your payment your order is normally shipped towards the given address within 3 working days.

It is perfectly safe to pay with your creditcard via PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account for this.
In cooperation with PayPal we offer the option to do online payments: by choosing the option “PayPal” in the payment part you will automatically be diverted to the safe PayPal section. PayPal offers various options for doing online payments.
In case of ordering through reimbursement you need to pay the full amount to the PostNL employee who hands over the parcel to you. In case you are not at home at the time of delivery, or you are unable to pay the full amount, the PostNL employee will hand over an “afhaalbericht”: this means that your parcel will remain at your local Post-office for 2 weeks. You can collect it there. It is always possible to “PIN” at a Post-office.
HOW TO ORDER:
Ordering a product from our website is very simple.
- You can order a product by clicking the blue button “add to shopping cart”.
- You can look at the contents of your cart by clicking “view shopping cart”; we will then present an overview of the products you selected. You can adjust the quantity or remove a product here.
- If you want to continue shopping click the “continue shopping” button. If you want to order the product(s) click the “checkout” button.
- You then need to give your address details ( we would like to emphasize that your personal details will solely be used for our own administration; we will never supply private information to third parties). You may choose to have your order shipped towards an address that differs from the billing-address.
- You then choose the preferred payment method and can opt for shipping by “reimbersement”.
- Finally you click the “place order” button; you will then be led to a page where you can finish your payment.
- After completion of the ordering process we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Ordering without an account (guest)
In our webshop you can order without having to go through a registration- or log-in process.
Ordering with an account
Once you have completed the registration process on our website you can log in using your e-mail address and chosen password. Your password will be stored encrypted in our database. In case you forgot your password you can request a new password.You can adjust your personal details in “my account”. Your personal details will be stored so that you don’t have to enter them again with your next purchase.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail holding an overview of the order information. In case you did not receive such an e-mail 24 hours after ordering you need to check your spam folder: your computer may have stored it there, or in the unwanted mail folder. If this is not the case then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us: +31 (0)40 231 04 52.
The moment we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail containing the PostNL package code if applicable. This code will enable you to keep track of your order via the PostNL website.
HOW TO CHANGE/CANCEL AN ORDER
You want to change or cancel an order you placed? Contact our customer service straight away at email@example.com or call us: +31 (0)40 231 04 52. Is your order already in transit? In this case you have to refuse your parcel when the postman tries to deliver it to you; don’t open the parcel, but have him take it back. Should we already have received your payment we will refund the amount as soon as we have received the returned goods. Costs you had to make to return your shipment are not refundable.

HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN A PRODUCT
Should you want to return a product, then please first contact our customer service department using the contact form. We will then send the necessary shipping instructions and information about the process via e-mail.
DID YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
In case you receive a different product then the product you ordered, this product will of course be replaced by the one you ordered, provided you can show the invoice, that your purchase has not been used and is wrapped in the original package.
